Registration

We look forward to meet you at Agri Vision 2011 from Tuesday 21 until Thursday 23 June 2011 in Grand Hotel Huis ter Duin, the Netherlands!

After completing the details and submitting the registration form, you will receive a confirmation of your registration via e-mail. Please make sure your e-mail address is correctly filled in. Should you wish to register on paper, you could print the form, complete it and fax it to the fax number of Huis ter Duin stated below.

Conference fee

The conference participation is EUR 1.395 excluding VAT (EUR 1.569,57 including VAT). The fee includes the conference participation and hotel accommodation, including breakfast, at Grand Hotel Huis ter Duin or equivalent, for two nights from arrival on Tuesday 21 June to departure on Thursday 23 June 2011. To help us with the preparations and registration of your hotel accommodation, please fill in the following details:

Cancellation terms

Cancellation will only be accepted in writing. A cancellation fee per delegate will be charged.

Cancellation before 15 April: 25% of the fee will be charged
Cancellation 15 April until 31 May: 75% of the fee will be charged
Cancellation from 1 June and after: 100% of the fee will be charged
